UHNWI requires an experienced Hybrid EA to work mostly from the London Family Office, with some remote working and occasional global travel.
Duties to include:
HR - including recruitment and onboarding, employee schedules, performance reviews and all other staff-related issues
Vendor contracting - including coordinating and overseeing processes, maintaining contract databases and negotiating terms
Strategic planning and project coordination - including assisting in the planning and execution of major projects, participating in strategy meetings, researching industry trends and collaborating on presentations and reports
Finance and budget support - including tracking budgets, processing invoices, preparing spreadsheets and overseeing all ordering and purchasing.
PA support - including complex diary management, booking personal appointments, coordinating properties, helping to arrange events, and other ad-hoc duties requested by the Principal.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as EA in a similar role, working for an UHNWI.
Exposure to HR, finance and strategic planning
IT profiency
Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Discretion and confidentiality
This is a hybrid role, including monthly global travel (or upon mutual agreement), to meet the Principal wherever they are in the world. There will be irregular working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. 30 days holiday per year and all travel expenses covered.
