The first step is to listen to your needs. We meet with you to understand your business or household, as well as your culture and future recruitment plans. Then we draft a proposal with our insights and advice, along with suggested timelines and terms.
We won’t send you an unmanageable list of candidates. But the ones we do send will be exceptional. Individuals who not only have years of experience in the role, but whose personality is the right fit for your culture. We already have a large network of candidates who we know well, and a database that’s been years in the making. If we need to advertise, we’ll only do so with your permission. We know discretion is crucial.
