Susannah started out in recruitment before moving to a family office and fully-staffed private house, where she recruited and managed staff across multiple properties. Now she’s agency-side again, finding exceptional candidates while keeping the office running smoothly.
We listen carefully to your requirements and gain an understanding of your household or business and its culture. The insights from our discussions are used to draft a proposal and advice, along with suggested timelines and terms.
On appointment, we’ll consult our well known network of candidates. If it is necessary to advertise, we’ll only do so with your permission. A curated roster of exceptional candidates will then be drafted for your review. Our selection will only include individuals who have appropriate experience, and whose personality is the right fit.
