Our client, a well known law firm in Central London, requires a Senior Client Relations Manager to join their team.  
 
Responsibilities
 
Client relations:
Manage the Client Relations team, including oversight and active management (at times).  The team's primary function is to handle all incoming enquiries and allocate clients to the most suitable lawyer.  
Ensure the team consistently meet their targets and operate at a high standard.  
Oversee continuous development of CR team, both in terms of individuals and processes/systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships between CR and other stakeholders, as well as third party  providers

Reception:
Supervise the reception team, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience

Client engagement:
Ensure maintenance of existing KPIs
Oversee pending clients
Consistently review and enhance the client journey
Act as a point of contact for clients when required
Facilitate the client feedback process
Strengthen client retention
Manage the referral programme

Compliance:
Work closely with Risk and Compliance department to ensure all processes remain compliant and all regulations are adhered to.
 
Requirements
 
Applicants must have proven Client Relations experience, preferably from a corporate background, with experience dealing with UHNWIs.
