Researcher - Executive Search

London-based Executive Search firm is looking for a researcher to join their team.
 
This job would be ideal for either a recent graduate, or someone with a few years' head-hunting/research experience, or perhaps someone who has had a career break and now looking to get back to work.
 
Duties to include:
 

• Work on headhunting projects to source candidates for specific vacancies
• Screen CVs and source new candidates via headhunting, database, networking, advertising and LinkedIn
• Build strong relationships and develop a good rapport with candidates
• Develop a pipeline of relevant and high quality candidates
• Maintain in-house CRM to ensure effective candidate networks
• Provide support to team members to ensure they are attracting suitable candidates

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.  This job involves building strong relationships with candidates, so you must be very confident to pick up the phone and network.
• Good IT skills
• Preferably some head-hunting/recruitment experience, as a researcher. 
• Strong team player
