Junior Partner, Law

Leading law firm specialising in Family Law with HNW and UHNW clients requires experienced Junior Partner to join the team. 
 
As a Junior Partner, you will:

• Provide high-level legal advice across your area(s) of expertise, ensuring exceptional client service at HNW and UHNW level.
• Manage and grow client relationships, contributing to business development and the firm’s expansion.
• Take a leadership role in mentoring and supervising junior associates.
• Play a key role in developing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm’s strategic direction.

• A minimum of 10+ years PQE, with a proven track record in Family law at HNW and UHNW level.
• Exceptional client-handling skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• A strong commercial acumen and business development mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to achieving outstanding results while maintaining professional integrity.
