Night Security, Live-in

Our client, an UHNW family, is seeking a vigilant and professional Residential Security person, to ensure the safety and security of a large, private residential property in Hampshire.
 
You will be responsible for protecting residents, monitoring access and responding to any security concerns.  This will involve patrolling the property and its grounds throughout the night, five nights per week.  
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorised access.
• Control entry points and verify the identity of visitors 
• Respond to alarms and emergencies efficiently
• Report any suspicious activity and write detailed incident reports

• Five nights per week, to include every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night (there will be two people patrolling over the weekend), plus two more nights during the week (when there will be one person patrolling). 
• Hours will vary depending on the season, approximately 8pm-6am in the summer months, and longer in the winter months (approx 7pm-7am).

• Previous experience in security (UHNW residential security experience preferred)
• A military background is preferred but not essential.
• A team player 
• You must hold a UK driving licence, preferably with no points.
• A clean DBS
• Physically fit and able to work long shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies professionally
• Professional and discreet approach to work

• c. £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
• Accommodation comprises either a one-bedroom or two-bedroom cottage on the estate, with all bills paid for.
