Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to family members and senior executives.
- Manage complex diaries, schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Handle correspondence, document preparation, and follow-up communications.
- Liaise with trustees, donors, partner organisations, and service providers.
- Assist with event coordination, including board meetings and charitable functions
- Maintain meticulous records, filing systems and database entries.
- Carry out ad hoc personal and professional tasks as required with discretion and initiative.
Ideal Candidate - Extensive experience as an EA/PA, preferably in a private/family office or philanthropic setting.
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, fluid environment.
