A distinguished family office with philanthropic and investment interests is seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of its London-based foundation. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a values-driven environment where confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability are paramount.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to family members and senior executives.
  • Manage complex diaries, schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Handle correspondence, document preparation, and follow-up communications.
  • Liaise with trustees, donors, partner organisations, and service providers.
  • Assist with event coordination, including board meetings and charitable functions
  • Maintain meticulous records, filing systems and database entries.
  • Carry out ad hoc personal and professional tasks as required with discretion and initiative.
Ideal Candidate
  • Extensive experience as an EA/PA, preferably in a private/family office or philanthropic setting.
  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools.
  • Genuine interest in philanthropy and social impact.
