Maintenance/Gardener - Private Household, Central London
Salary: c. £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
 
Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance/Gardener to join the team at a very large, fully staffed private household in central London. The successful candidate will be adaptable, hands-on, and able to switch seamlessly between indoor and outdoor duties.
 
Outdoor Duties:

• Water irrigation and plant care
• Pest control management
• Seasonal pruning and leaf blowing
• Care and upkeep of garden furniture
• Ensuring all outdoor spaces remain clean, tidy, and presentable

• General household maintenance
• Light painting and decorating as required
• Minor electrical, plumbing and general repairs

• Summer months: approx. 50% indoors / 50% outdoors
• Winter months: approx. 80% indoors / 20% outdoors

• Prior experience working in private households, ideally within UHNW environments
• Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a professional household team
• Flexible, discreet, and proactive attitude
