Private Personal Assistant to UHNWI & Family
Location: North Devon (Hybrid - mostly remote with weekly/fortnightly visits)
Salary: c. £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility for out-of-hours availability
 
Our client, an UHNWI and their family, are seeking an experienced and highly discreet Private PA. This is a hybrid role, working predominantly from home, with visits to the family residence in North Devon approximately once a fortnight. Candidates must therefore be located within South West England and able to travel as required.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Complex diary and schedule management across multiple time zones
• End-to-end travel coordination, including private jet arrangements, luxury itineraries, ground transport and last-minute changes
• Liaising with household staff, external providers, and family offices to ensure seamless operations
• Handling personal and family appointments, reservations, and lifestyle arrangements
• Maintaining utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times
• Providing responsive support out of hours when required

• Proven background as a Private PA to UHNWIs or high-profile principals.
• Extensive experience managing private jet and luxury travel logistics (this is an essential requirement)
• Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with strong digital diary and travel management expertise
• Discreet, trustworthy, and accustomed to operating with complete confidentiality
• Driver essential.
