Family Personal Assistant 
 Location: North London (based at the family residence)
 Salary: c. £80,000, depending on experience + discretionary annual bonus
  
 One of our private clients requires an experienced and highly organised Family Personal Assistant to support the family at their North London residence.  You will also spend 1-2 days a week at their country residence in Buckinghamshire, as well as approximately one day a week in the Family Office in Central London. 
 This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and highly trusted role, requiring the utmost discretion, professionalism and flexibility.
  
 Key Responsibilities
  
 Diary, Travel & Logistics
 
 - Manage complex and changing diaries for family members.
- Arrange appointments, social events, meetings, reservations, and children's diaries
- Plan and book luxury travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transport and activities
Household & Lifestyle Management - Oversee day-to-day running of the household, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of family life.
- Manage household inventories 
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, service providers and contractors.
- Manage household staff schedules and liaise with domestic team members.
- Arrange family and social events, dinners, and celebrations.
- Personal shopping and gifting
Administration & Finance - Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and filing systems.
- Prepare and track household budgets and expense reports.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
Requirements - Extensive experience (at least five yeasrs) supporting an ultra-high-net-worth family or family office, ideally within a private household environment.
- Impeccable discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including outside standard hours when required.
