Family Personal Assistant 
Location: North London (based at the family residence)
Salary: c. £80,000, depending on experience + discretionary annual bonus
 
One of our private clients requires an experienced and highly organised Family Personal Assistant to support the family at their North London residence.  You will also spend 1-2 days a week at their country residence in Buckinghamshire, as well as approximately one day a week in the Family Office in Central London. 

This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and highly trusted role, requiring the utmost discretion, professionalism and flexibility.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Diary, Travel & Logistics

  • Manage complex and changing diaries for family members.
  • Arrange appointments, social events, meetings, reservations, and children's diaries
  • Plan and book luxury travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transport and activities
 
Household & Lifestyle Management
  • Oversee day-to-day running of the household, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of family life.
  • Manage household inventories 
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, service providers and contractors.
  • Manage household staff schedules and liaise with domestic team members.
  • Arrange family and social events, dinners, and celebrations.
  • Personal shopping and gifting
Administration & Finance
  • Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and track household budgets and expense reports.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience (at least five yeasrs) supporting an ultra-high-net-worth family or family office, ideally within a private household environment.
  • Impeccable discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including outside standard hours when required.
