  • Coordinating personal projects and events, including timelines, supplier liaison, and on-the-day logistics.

  • Undertaking personal shopping and liaising with the principal's styling team on fittings, deliveries, and appointments.
  • Travelling for up to 45 days per year, including to Asia and other international destinations.
  • Conducting research across lifestyle and personal matters, presenting concise, well-organised recommendations.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in a personal assistant, private PA, or household/lifestyle-management role.
  • Excellent discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, up to 45 days per year.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong research and summarising ability.
  • A valid passport with no restrictions on international travel; a full driving licence is desirable.
  • Experience within a private household, family office, or with high-net-worth principals is desirable, as are existing relationships with UK gifting, personal shopping, or styling suppliers.
Working Arrangements
This role is hybrid, with office attendance required each week and location varying depending on the principal's diary.  All working days, including travel days, are remunerated as part of the annual salary.
