11+ Tutor / After-School Governess

One of our private clients requires an experienced tutor and governess to join their private household in Chelsea, providing after-school support and dedicated 11+ preparation for their child.  Whilst the short term goal is 11+ exams, this is an ongoing position.
 
The Role
This is an after-school position within a private family household, working Monday to Friday from approximately 4pm until 7 or 8pm. The successful candidate will be engaged on a self-employed basis and will take primary responsibility for preparing the child for 11+ entrance examinations, alongside general after-school supervision and support.
 
Responsibilities

• Providing structured 11+ tuition and exam preparation
• Supporting the child with daily homework and schoolwork
• Overseeing the after-school routine
• Monitoring and reporting on the child's academic progress
• Liaising with the family regarding the child's development

• Extensive tutoring experience essential, with a strong track record in 11+ preparation
• Excellent educational background
• Reliable, professional, and discreet
• Available Monday to Friday, approximately 4pm-7/8pm
