Salary: c. £70,000 depending on experience.
Languages: Fluent English and Tagalog (essential)
Rota position: 5 days/week including some weekends.  Shifts fall between 6am and 9pm, approximately 50 hours/week.
 
One of our private clients requires an experienced, discreet and proactive Housekeeper to join the household team at a private family residence in West London.
 
The Role
Working as part of an established housekeeping team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the home to an exceptional standard, including the daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence, bedrooms, bathrooms and reception rooms, as well as laundry, ironing and wardrobe care. The role also involves preparing guest bedrooms, caring for fine fabrics and household items, and ensuring rooms are always presented to a guest-ready standard. The successful candidate will support preparations ahead of family arrivals, guests and events, monitor household supplies, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
 
Hours/days are worked on a set rota, averaging around 50 hours per week, covering both weekdays and weekends.  
 
There are regular opportunities for paid overtime and additional shifts, so there is scope to work 5-6 days a week where desired, including the paid overtime.
 
Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience within an UHNW private household, luxury hotel or similar environment
• Excellent cleaning, laundry and ironing skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate what needs to be done
• Organised, calm and able to prioritise effectively
• Discreet, with a clear understanding of confidentiality within a private household
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
• References and the right to work in the UK are required
• Fluent English essential.  Tagalog preferred.
