Rota Nanny

Rota Nanny – South West London
Salary: c. £65,000 – £75,000 DOE
Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off (A mixture of Live-in and Live-out depending on schedule)
 
Our client, an UHNW family, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and professional rota nanny to join their fully staffed household in South West London, working within a team of four nannies to care for four children aged between 8 and 16 years old.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-level, age-appropriate care and support to four children
• Collaborating effectively with other nannies to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in care
• Travelling with the family as required, both in the UK and internationally
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.  Clean up after meal times. 
• Promote healthy habits (eating, exercise, limiting screen time, daily routines)
• Supporting the children’s education, extra-curricular activities, playdates and routines
• Assisting with packing/unpacking, school projects and diary management for the children
• Occasional proxy parenting when parents are away

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker
• Extensive experience working for UHNW families in a similar role
• Strong team player
• Energetic, proactive and highly organised
• Pet friendly – the family has dogs
• Flexible to travel with the family
• A valid driving licence and a confident driver
• Able to work a combination of live-in and live-out weeks, based on family travel and location
• Experience and understanding of neurodiversity
