Private PA, Family Office

UHNW Family Office in Central London requires an experienced Private PA.
 
The ideal candidate will have extensive PA experience, ideally from both a corporate and private background.
 
Working within an established and very busy Family Office, this is a Private PA role within a corporate environment. You will be providing direct private support to the principals, as well as their network of wider family and friends.  
 
Duties to include:

• Complex diary management, with constantly moving parts
• Extensive, high-end travel arrangements including private jets - research, bookings and detailed itineraries
• Budget management, spreadsheets, expenses
• Booking events, appointments, restaurants etc
• Purchasing gifts
• Support with property management
• Ad hoc duties as and when required

• Extensive experience working in a Family Office/UHNW setting as a Private PA. This is an essential requirement.  
• Corporate PA/EA experience beneficial.  
• Experience with budgets, paying invoices, expenses, cost management
• Have longevity and commitment on your CV
• A very strong team player is essential - you must be happy to roll up your sleeves and turn your hand to a multitude of tasks
• Adaptable
• Happy to work out of hours when required
• Down-to-earth, unflappable, calm, hard-working
