Rota Nanny

A warm and professional family in West London is seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to care for their young children (ages <1 and <4 yeas old), on a rotational basis (working one week on, one week off)
 
The ideal candidate will be proactive, nurturing, and highly organised, with a strong background in nannying/childcare and a passion for child development.
 
Responsibilities:

• Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for the children
• Organising daily activities, educational play, and outings
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks
• Managing school runs and extracurricular activities
• Assisting with bedtime routines and general childcare duties
• Collaborating with parents and other household staff

• Previous experience as a Rota Nanny or in a similar role
• A childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
• First Aid and enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Fluent in English
• Flexibility, reliability, and a professional attitude
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Accommodation provided during working weeks if required.  This role can be either live-in (whist on duty) or live-out.  
• Salary: c. £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
