Job Title: Facilities & Property Manager

One of our private clients is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities & Property Manager to oversee a diverse property portfolio across London. This role will be responsible for the smooth running and upkeep of multiple properties, including commercial tenanted buildings, UHNW private residences, and a high-end restaurant.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Property & Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day running, upkeep, and maintenance of all properties within the portfolio, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Tenant Management: Manage tenant relationships, including drafting and overseeing contracts, sourcing and onboarding suitable new commercial tenants, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Residential Management: Take full responsibility for private residences, including ongoing maintenance, repairs, renovations, and ensuring the properties remain in immaculate condition.
  • Core Facilities Oversight: Manage and coordinate services such as utilities, IT, cleaning, security, and other essential facilities requirements across the portfolio.
  • Budgets & Reporting: Monitor and manage budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular updates to the principal.
  • Project Management: Oversee refurbishments, repairs, and capital projects, engaging and managing external contractors and service providers.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in facilities and property management across both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Strong track record in tenant management, including contracts, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance requirements, and facilities management best practices.
  • Experience managing UHNW residential properties to exacting standards.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • A discreet, professional, and hands-on approach.
