Senior Housekeeper - UHNW Private Residence (West London)
Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, five days per week, including some weekends

Overview
One of our private clients is recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Senior Housekeeper to join a prestigious Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family residence in West London. Working as part of a housekeeping team within a large and well-staffed household, the Senior Housekeeper will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation are maintained throughout the property.
 
Key Responsibilities

• All aspects of hands-on housekeeping including cleaning, dusting, polishing, care of fine furniture, surfaces, fabrics and artwork. 
• Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations within the residence
• Supervise, train, and support a team of housekeepers to deliver outstanding service standards
• Develop and manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure full coverage and efficiency
• Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the property
• Manage housekeeping supplies, inventories, and liaise with external suppliers as required
• Work closely with the wider household team (including butlers, chefs, nannies, and maintenance staff) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Flexibility to work weekends as required

• Extensive experience working in UHNW private households and/or five-star luxury hotels
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team
• Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to the highest housekeeping standards
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Professional, discreet, and reliable
• Positive, proactive attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
