Private Chef - Central London (Private Household)
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Location: Central London
Schedule: 5 days per week (to include some weekends)
 
One of our private clients requires an experienced and creative Private Chef for a fully staffed private household in Central London. Working as part of a small team and answering to a Senior Chef, the Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, high-quality meals for the family, with a focus on healthy, seasonal, and beautifully presented cuisine.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily meals for the family, catering to individual tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements.
• Create weekly menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Liaise with household staff to ensure smooth meal service and coordination.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked kitchen at all times.
• Occasionally assist with entertaining and special events.

• 5 days per week, including some weekends.
• 1-2 early shifts per week (4:00am-1:00pm).
• Remaining days 9:00am-6:00pm.
• A degree of flexibility is essential.

• Previous experience as a Private Chef within a high-end private household.  This is essential and non-negotiable. 
• Strong understanding of nutrition, dietary requirements, and modern cooking techniques.
• Discreet, professional, and team-oriented approach.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
