One of our private clients requires an experienced and dynamic Rota Nanny to join a fully staffed private household based primarily in SW London, supporting four school-aged children.

Working as part of an established nanny team, this position would suit a resilient, proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys a fast-paced household and is confident supporting children with varying personalities, routines and educational needs.

The Role
The successful candidate will work on a rota schedule (typically one week on / one week off) alongside other nannies, with two nannies on duty at any one time. During term time the role is mainly based in SW London, with extended rotations during school holidays.

  • Supporting the daily care and routines of four children aged 9-16
  • School drop-offs and pick-ups (driving required)
  • Assisting with homework, organisation and educational development
  • Encouraging good habits, structure and life skills
  • Liaising with tutors and supporting school-related activities
  • Managing children's schedules, appointments and diaries
  • Assisting with PA-style organisational duties relating to the children
  • Travelling with the family internationally when required

Applicants should ideally have:
  • Previous rota nanny experience within UHNW, fully staffed private households
  • Degree-level education
  • Excellent communication and grammar
  • Experience supporting school-aged children
  • A full driving licence
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • A resilient and adaptable personality, comfortable in a lively household
  • The ability to work collaboratively within an established nanny team
  • Flexibility for international travel (including the US and Europe)
Additional Details
  • Based primarily in SW London
  • The role will be live-in for some of the time you are on duty.  Candidates must have their own accommodation in London (preferably SW London).
  • Rota schedule (approximately one week on / one week off)
  • Early starts required during school term
  • Frequent international travel (commercial and private)
  • Fully staffed household
  • Applicants must already be London-based and have the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
