Remote Travel Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Primarily remote (with occasional travel to London, sometimes at short notice)
Salary: c.£50,000 per annum D.O.E.
One of our private clients is seeking an experienced and highly organised Remote Travel PA to manage complex, fast-paced travel arrangements for a private individual and wider family. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to respond quickly to last-minute changes. While there may be periods of lower activity, the successful candidate must remain on standby and ready to act at short notice, including outside standard working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, often at short notice, for groups of up to 7-8 people (including flights, ground transport, and luggage logistics)
- Manage frequent schedule changes and adapt plans quickly and efficiently
- Arrange greeters, meet-and-assist services, and ensure smooth end-to-end travel experiences
- Handle private jet bookings and related logistics
- Research optimal travel routes, timings, and alternatives
- Maintain accurate and proactive diary management, including overlap coverage for the main PA during absences
- Track and manage travel documentation, including visas, ESTA applications, and passport expiry dates
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of international entry requirements and travel regulations
- Liaise with legal advisors to support visa processes where required
- Coordinate travel needs pets as and when required
- Be available to respond promptly to urgent requests, including outside normal working hours
Key Requirements - Proven experience in a similar travel-focused PA or EA role (essential)
- Strong background in managing complex, multi-person travel itineraries
- Experience with private jet travel arrangements
- Must be willing to travel to London when required, sometimes at short notice
- Confident and proactive diary management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle last-minute changes
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of global visa processes and entry requirements
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Flexible approach to working hours, with availability outside standard business hours
- Willingness to travel to London occasionally if required
