Essential: Must be willing to travel with the family for 3-5 weeks per year

One of our private clients requires an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to join a fully staffed, ultra-high-net-worth private household. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished housekeeping professional accustomed to working within a large, well-run household team, where the highest standards of presentation and discretion are expected at all times.
 
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the property, working closely alongside the wider household team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home. This role would suit a true housekeeping professional who takes genuine pride in their work, understands the pace and expectations of a fully staffed UHNW environment, and is comfortable operating with discretion and professionalism at all times.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning, tidying, and maintenance of the property to an exceptional standard
• Regular deep cleaning of all areas, including specialist surfaces, furnishings, and high-value items
• Full laundry management, including washing, ironing, steaming, and the care of fine and delicate fabrics
• Wardrobe organisation and management
• Making beds, changing linens, and maintaining bedrooms to a five-star standard
• Maintaining household systems and keeping all storage areas organised
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Working closely with the wider household team, including other housekeeping staff, to ensure seamless daily operations
• Maintaining the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout
• Essential: Must be willing to travel with the family for 3-5 weeks per year  

• Extensive experience working as a Housekeeper within a fully staffed, ultra-high-net-worth private household
• Exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and the care of delicate and high-value materials
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Able to work seamlessly as part of a large household team
• Trustworthy, discreet, and entirely respectful of family privacy
• Flexible and adaptable to changing household needs
