Head Housekeeper

An UHNW household in Central London is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to join a fully staffed residence. The role requires working collaboratively within a team of three other housekeepers to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and care for the household.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all private housekeeping duties, ensuring all areas remain immaculate, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Laundry care, including washing, ironing, and organising fine clothing and delicate fabrics.
• Care for luxury furniture, artwork, and high-end finishes.
• Handle minor maintenance issues and liaise with external contractors for repairs and servicing.
• Assist with household errands as required.
• Work in a child-friendly environment and provide occasional support with young children if needed.
• Comfortable around dogs and able to assist with pet care when necessary.
• Maintain strong communication with the household and other staff members.

• Extensive experience in private UHNW households.
• Exceptional housekeeping skills with a keen eye for detail and organization.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role.
• Ability to manage household tasks independently and proactively.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors and overseeing minor household repairs.
• French and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
