One of our private clients is seeking an experienced and discreet Housekeeper/Laundress to join their fully-staffed household in West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in UHNW households and delivering service at the very highest standard.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping to immaculate standards, including cleaning, polishing, and organisation of interiors
• Care and maintenance of fine furnishings, luxury surfaces, antiques, and delicate items
• Expert laundry and wardrobe management, including the care of designer clothing, fine fabrics, and couture pieces
• Packing/unpacking for travel, garment steaming, and wardrobe organisation
• Ensuring all household linen and garments are cared for to museum-quality standards
• Working in a team of Housekeepers and liaising with other household staff to ensure seamless daily operations

• Minimum 5+ years' experience working for UHNW families or in fully staffed formal households
• Exceptional knowledge of laundry, fabric care, and high-end garment handling
• Eye for detail and ability to maintain a pristine environment
• Discretion, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and a "can-do" attitude
• Right to work in the UK and excellent references

• Salary: c. £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Full-time, permanent position with long-term potential
