One of our private clients is seeking a highly professional and discreet Private PA to support an UHNW family and their fully-staffed household in Central London.
 
Working alongside another PA in the private family residence, this is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires an experienced, proactive, and highly organised individual who can manage personal affairs with the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a first point of contact, handling all correspondence, emails, and calls with discretion
• Managing multiple diaries and ever-changing schedules
• Co-ordinate extensive travel arrangements including private jets and complex schedules
• Coordinating household staff and liaising with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Handling personal shopping, gift procurement, and bespoke requests
• Organizing events, private dinners, and social engagements
• Managing budgets, expenses, and financial administration related to household operations
• Ensuring complete confidentiality in all matters
• Being on call for urgent matters as required

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Private PA within a UHNW household or similar environment.  This is an essential and non-negotiable requirement.  
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English - written and spoken.
• Tech and IT savvy
• Knowledge of high-end luxury brands, fine dining, and private aviation
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary
