One of our private clients is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder on a 9-12 month maternity cover contract, starting as soon as possible.
 
This is a pivotal role within a philanthropic, holistic organisation, offering the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture.
 
Based in their newly-refurbished North London office, you will join a dynamic team of approximately 30 people.
 
The Role
 
You will provide seamless, high-level executive support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across all areas of the business.
You will work closely with another PA who manages the Principal's private affairs, collaborating to ensure comprehensive and well-aligned support.
 
This role may go permanent for the right person.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Providing direct, proactive support to the CEO 
  • Managing a complex and busy inbox, ensuring clear prioritisation and timely responses
  • Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and written communications to the very highest standard
  • General office administration and ad hoc support to the senior leadership team
  • Coordinating events, projects, and associated logistics
  • Supporting private PA duties when required, in collaboration with the Private PA
  • Ensuring the CEO's time is used effectively and strategically at all times
About You
 
Essential requirements (non-negotiable):
  • Educated to graduate level
  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting a C-suite or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
You will also demonstrate:
  • Exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of your work
  • Outstanding written communication and proofreading skills
  • Proven experience managing complex diaries, inboxes, and travel arrangements
  • Confidence operating at executive level with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, holistic startup environment
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
