The Role
One of our private clients is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Managing Directors within a well-established financial institution based in Cyprus.
This is a senior-level EA role requiring exceptional organisational skills, absolute attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules across multiple international time zones. The position is predominantly business-focused, with a small element of private PA support.
The successful candidate will act as a true right-hand support to the principals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive and highly accurate diary management for two principals
  • Managing complex schedules across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers, and itineraries
  • Preparation of detailed travel packs and agendas
  • Acting as the main point of contact between the principals and internal/external stakeholders
  • Managing meetings, board materials, and confidential documentation
  • Handling email correspondence and prioritisation
  • Supporting business administration and traditional executive assistant duties
  • Assisting with private PA responsibilities as required
  • Ensuring discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at senior level
  • Previous experience within financial services or a professional services environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex diary management 
  • Proven experience supporting multiple principals simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of international time zones and global travel coordination
  • Exposure to private PA duties
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
  • Fluent English essential
