One of our private clients is seeking an experienced House Manager/PA to support a hands-on family with a small portfolio of properties.

This is a senior, trusted role for someone who is highly organised, technically confident, and genuinely enjoys being involved in the detail of property management. The principals are very present and engaged, so this role suits a true team player who communicates clearly, works collaboratively, has a creative eye for detail and takes pride in their work.

  • Payroll, timesheets, holiday tracking and rota oversight
  • Supporting a flexible, collaborative household culture

Finance & Admin
  • Producing property and household reports
  • Budget tracking and spend oversight with the principals
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail essential
  • PA Support - Light personal assistance for the principals
  • Helping coordinate diaries, household logistics and wider family needs
