Housekeeper (Live-in or live-out)

UHNW Private Household (West London) Salary: c. £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience (live-in £35,000-£38,000, live-out £35,000-£40,000)
Schedule: Rota position, 5 days per week (including some weekends)
Hours: Either 9:00am-6:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm, including 1 hour lunchbreak.

Overview One of our private clients requires an experienced Housekeeper / Laundress to join an ultra-high-net-worth private household in West London. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of four housekeepers and report directly to the House Manager.
This role requires a highly skilled, discreet, and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in UHNW private households.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Full laundry care, including washing, ironing, steaming, and meticulous care of delicate and fine fabrics
• Wardrobe management with strong knowledge of luxury garments and textiles
• Daily housekeeping duties to an exceptionally high standard
• Responsibility for the female principal's private floor and living areas
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of assigned areas
• Working collaboratively within a structured housekeeping team
• Following household protocols and maintaining absolute discretion at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working in ultra-high-net-worth private households (essential)
• Extensive professional housekeeping background
• Strong laundress skills, including fine fabric care and high-level ironing
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working a rota including weekends
• Polished, professional, and discreet with a service-focused mindset
• Excellent, verifiable references from all previous employments

 
Accommodation

• This position can be either live-in, or live-out.  
• Live-in accommodation : Separate room in the house within the staff area, separate bathroom, fully equipped kitchen in staff area.
