One of our private clients, an UHNWI and private household, is seeking an exceptional Pastry Chef to join their internationally focused culinary team based in London.
 
This is a unique opportunity for a highly creative and technically accomplished pastry professional looking to work within a private household environment with significant international travel and ongoing culinary development opportunities.
 
The successful candidate will have a passion for world-class pastry, exceptional attention to detail, and the flexibility to travel regularly as part of the role.
 
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional pastry and dessert offerings to the very highest standards within a fully private setting.
 
The position requires a chef who is:

International travel will form a regular part of the role, including specialist pastry courses and training opportunities abroad.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver high-end pastry, desserts, breads and baked goods
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and quality standards
  • Support menu and concept development
  • Manage pastry mise en place and kitchen organisation
  • Collaborate closely with the wider culinary team
  • Travel internationally as required
  • Attend specialist culinary and pastry training programs
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef within luxury hospitality, fine dining, private households or yacht environments.  This is essential and non-negotiable
  • Exceptional pastry and dessert skills
  • Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques and presentation
  • Experience working to ultra-high standards
  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently
  • Professional, discreet, and highly organised
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • International experience advantageous
