Salary: c. £70,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
 
One of our private clients requires a highly experienced Private Chef to join their fully staffed, UHNW household team.
 
Working alongside a second chef on a rota basis, you will cover five days per week, including some weekends. Duties will encompass all aspects of the role, including menu planning, stock checks, placing food orders, and maintaining a clean and well-organised kitchen at all times.
 
The household's preferred style is predominantly Mediterranean/European, with occasional Asian influences. Dishes should be fresh, light and made with excellent ingredients, finished to a high standard of presentation.
 
The Candidate
 
Applicants must be highly experienced chefs with a proven background working within UHNW private households. A Michelin-starred restaurant background is preferred but not essential.
