Salary: c. £85,000 - £100,000 depending on experience.
 
One of our private clients requires an exceptional Private Chef to join their fully staffed private household in West London.
 
The Role
This is a full-time, live-out position, Monday to Friday, providing a first-class private dining service for a family home. Working as part of a fully staffed household team, the successful candidate will take full ownership of the kitchen and the family's food, delivering creative, beautifully executed cooking that is highly health-conscious without ever compromising on flavour. Some flexibility is required, for example working an occasional weekend when the family are hosting an event, and the role includes travelling with the family for approximately two to three weeks per year.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Planning and preparing exceptional, creative and nutritionally balanced meals for the family on a daily basis
• Designing varied, health-conscious menus that place equal emphasis on flavour, freshness and presentation
• Catering for entertaining and events at the residence, including occasional weekend hosting
• Travelling with the family when required, providing continuity of service away from home
• Sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients and managing relationships with suppliers
• Managing the kitchen to the highest standards of organisation, hygiene and food safety
• Overseeing kitchen ordering, stock control and budgets
• Liaising closely with the wider household team to ensure the smooth running of the home

Candidate Profile

• Extensive Private Chef experience within UHNW private households
• An exceptional, creative cook with genuine expertise in healthy, nutritious cuisine that never sacrifices flavour
• Confident catering for both day-to-day family dining and entertaining
• A collaborative team player, comfortable working within a fully staffed household
• Flexible, with a willingness to work occasional weekends and travel with the family
• Discreet, professional and highly organised, with a clear understanding of the expectations of private service
• Fluent English

Hours & Package
Monday to Friday, live-out, with some flexibility required around events and family travel. 20 days' annual leave, to be taken while the family are away, plus additional time off whenever the family are abroad, amounting to approximately three months per year in total.
