Salary: c. £60,000 depending on experience.
 
One of our private clients requires an experienced Live-in Housekeeper to join the established team in their fully staffed private residence in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hard-working housekeeper with a strong eye for detail who takes pride in keeping the highest standards of presentation and care in a UHNW household. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider household team and help keep the home running smoothly and discreetly day to day.
 
Live-in accommodation is provided in dedicated staff accommodation about five minutes' walk from the main residence.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of housekeeping to an exceptional standard across the residence
• Care for fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, antiques and high-value items using the right techniques and products
• Handle laundry, ironing and full wardrobe care, including delicate and designer garments
• Prepare bedrooms and guest suites, including bed making and turndown service as required
• Keep linen, cleaning supplies and household inventories stocked and up to date
• Work as part of the household team, supporting colleagues and helping with other duties as required
• Keep the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times

• Ideally six days per week, about nine hours per day
• Flexibility with days and hours is essential to meet the needs of the household

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper in a UHNW private household, high-end residence or luxury hospitality setting
• Fluent Tagalog speaker
• Very good spoken and written English
• Hard-working, reliable and proactive, with a meticulous eye for detail
• A real team player who works well in a fully staffed household
• Flexible, adaptable and calm under pressure
• Discreet, professional and well presented
• Excellent references from previous private household positions
