Office Manager / PA
Family Office
London
Salary: c. £65,000 - £75,000 D.O.E.

One of our private clients requires a polished, proactive Office Manager / PA to join their private Family Office in London. The role combines ownership of the office's running and presentation with personal support to the principals.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position, split roughly 80% office management and 20% PA support. The successful candidate will be the face of the family office. They will keep it running seamlessly and beautifully presented, and make sure the principals and their guests always have an exceptional experience. The role would suit someone with an eye for presentation and a natural hospitality instinct, such as a candidate from yachting or luxury hospitality, who wants to bring those standards into a family office.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the family office to an exceptionally high standard
  • Taking ownership of the look and feel of the office, keeping it immaculate and welcoming at all times
  • Managing suppliers and service providers, including sourcing, negotiating and maintaining relationships
  • Planning and coordinating events, from in-office gatherings to wider private occasions
  • Covering reception when required, greeting visitors and creating a warm, polished first impression
  • Managing office supplies, facilities and general administration
  • Identifying ways to improve systems and processes, including through the use of AI tools
PA Support
  • Providing personal and administrative support to the principals as required
  • Anticipating needs so that every interaction with the office is a seamless experience for the principals
  • Assisting with diary management, travel itineraries and ad hoc requests
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, PA or in a similar role, ideally within a family office or private office
  • Yachting background (e.g. stewardess or interior crew) highly regarded
  • Exceptionally polished, well presented and confident, with impeccable manners
  • A genuine eye for detail, style and presentation
  • A natural service mindset, with the instinct to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Experience managing suppliers and coordinating events
  • Confident and curious with technology, with practical experience of AI tools
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling shifting priorities
  • Discreet, professional and trustworthy
We appreciate your interest in this role. Please note, due to the high volume of CVs we receive, we are unable to respond to every application.
