Salary: c. £25 per hour depending on experience.
Monday-Friday, 10am - 2/3pm
 
One of our private clients requires an experienced Part-Time Housekeeper for a private family home in Chelsea.
 
The Role
This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, working from around 10am until 2pm or 3pm. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the cleanliness, tidiness and laundry of the family home, ensuring it is consistently well presented and organised. This is a housekeeping-only role; cooking is handled separately within the household.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of all areas of the home to a high standard, including bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas
• General tidying and keeping the home well organised throughout
• Washing, ironing and care of clothing and household linen, including delicate fabrics
• Putting clothes away and keeping wardrobes neat and orderly
• Changing bed linen and towels regularly
• Keeping cleaning and household supplies stocked and flagging when items are running low

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper within a private household
• Excellent cleaning, laundry and ironing skills, with confidence in caring for delicate garments
• Meticulous, with a strong eye for detail and genuine pride in presentation
• Organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance
• Discreet, trustworthy and professional
• Excellent references from previous private employers
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
