Equestrian Executive Assistant
Private Household in West London

One of our private clients requires an experienced, highly organised and discreet Equestrian Executive Assistant to support a family with significant equestrian interests within a large, fully staffed private household in West London.

Working closely alongside the private EA team, you will be the central point of coordination for all things equestrian, from competition entries and transport through to logistics, scheduling and liaison with the wider equestrian team. The family is looking for someone with genuine equestrian knowledge who will bring structure and foresight to their programme, not simply process requests as they arise.

- Supporting the administration of horse purchases, sales, leases and insurance
- Attending competitions where required to oversee arrangements on the ground
Executive Support - Managing equestrian diaries and integrating them with wider family schedules
- Liaising with the household EA team to ensure seamless coordination across all family commitments
- Acting as the main point of contact for equestrian suppliers, venues and service providers
- Managing equestrian budgets, reconciling expenditure and processing invoices and payments
- Keeping meticulous, confidential records and giving thorough handovers to the wider EA team
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing practical improvements to the way the programme is run

- Genuine, hands-on equestrian knowledge, with a strong understanding of the competition world, entry processes and horse logistics
- Experience arranging domestic and international horse transport and associated documentation
- Exceptional discretion and sound judgement
- Proactive, highly organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to plan well ahead
- Confident and diplomatic when working with family members, riders, trainers and external professionals
- A genuine team player, comfortable sharing responsibility within an established EA team
- Comfortable with budgets and financial administration
- Flexible with hours around the competition calendar, with willingness to travel to venues in the UK and abroad
- Full, clean UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
