Private Office - International Travel
Salary: c. £50,000 depending on experience.
One of our private clients requires a Team PA / Wardrobe Assistant to join their established private office.
The role combines hands-on wardrobe organisation and management with broader PA support, and includes regular international travel. It would suit someone from a fashion, styling, luxury retail or private PA background who brings a great attitude, is happy to turn their hand to a wide variety of tasks and is keen to learn. Start date is flexible.
 
The Team

• Join an established private office team, working closely within their team across wardrobe and PA functions.
• Our client places real value on attitude, flexibility and a willingness to learn, and there is genuine scope to develop within the team.

• Assisting with the organisation, preparation and ongoing management of our client's wardrobe.
• Supporting wardrobe setup at residences and destinations overseas.
• Coordinating clothing and accessories, including packing and unpacking for trips.
• Providing additional PA support to the wider team as and when required.

• Travel responsibilities are shared across the team.
• Individual trips generally last no more than two weeks.
• Travel frequency cannot be confirmed in advance, so candidates must be comfortable with an unpredictable schedule and travelling at relatively short notice.
• Please note this is not a traditional travelling ladies' maid role.

• A background in fashion, styling, luxury retail, wardrobe management or private PA support.
• An excellent attitude and strong work ethic, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities.
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable.
• Comfortable working within an established private office team.
• Able to travel internationally at relatively short notice.
• Private household experience is an advantage but not essential.
